Start with the door
Write the building entrance, lock, and key instructions in the order a guest will meet them.

Add the Wi-Fi exactly
Network name and password, including capitals. A photo of the router label can help.

Show heating and cooling
Point out the thermostat or remote and give one comfortable setting. Mention anything guests should not reset.

Explain trash and recycling
Say which bin is which, where it goes, and the collection day if it matters during their stay.

Finish with a contact
Your number, a backup person, and what counts as urgent. Keep it short enough to find at a glance.
